Recovery Strategy for the Eastern Musk Turtle (Sternotherus odoratus) in Canada
The Minister of the Environment and the Minister responsible for the Parks Canada Agencies are the competent ministers under SARA for the Eastern Musk Turtle and have prepared this recovery strategy as per section 37 of SARA. To the extent possible, this strategy has been prepared in cooperation with the Province of Ontario (Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry) and the Province of Quebec (Ministère des Forêts, de la Faune, et des Parcs).
