Copper redhorse in Îles de Contrecoeur (Moxostoma hubbsi): critical habitat descripton

The Recovery Strategy for the Copper Redhorse (Moxostoma hubbsi) in Canada, published on the Species at Risk Public Registry, identifies critical habitat for the Copper Redhorse population in a number of areas, including the Îles de Contrecoeur National Wildlife Area, the boundaries of which are described in Schedule 1 of the Wildlife Area Regulations made pursuant to the Canada Wildlife Act.

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to subsection 58(2) of the Species at Risk Act, subsection 58(1) of the Species at Risk Act applies, 90 days after the date of publication of this description, to the critical habitat of the Copper Redhorse (Moxostoma hubbsi) population that is located in the Îles de Contrecoeur National Wildlife Area and is identified in section 2 of the Recovery Strategy for the Copper Redhorse (Moxostoma hubbsi) in Canada.
