Biographical Summary of the Contractor

Valentin Schaefer is the Executive Director of the Douglas College Centre for Environmental Studies and Urban Ecology, New Westminster, British Columbia. His 1979 Ph.D. Thesis was on aspects of habitat selection in the coast mole in British Columbia. Dr. Schaefer studied urban biodiversity in the B.C. Lower Mainland for 15 years.
